According to Muhammad Yuslan, General Manager of the hotel in the opening press conference on Tuesday (02/18), 2025 said this movement, which seeks to honor Indonesia s cultural heritage on a global scale, will officially launch its first series on February 18, 2025. The inaugural showcase will highlight cultural expression through movement and creativity, setting the stage for a carefully curated series that will bring the vibrancy of Javanese traditions to the forefront.
“This cultural series is the hotel’s way of representing local culture to the world. Through Tentrem Rona Jawi, we aim to create meaningful collaborations that not only showcase Javanese heritage, but also ensure its continued appreciation and preservation,” he said.
Yuslan explained for its inaugural launch, Hotel Tentrem Jakarta is partnering with Oemah Etnik (OE), a brand known for celebrating Indonesia’s rich heritage through contemporary fashion and artisanal craftsmanship. This partnership underscores the shared vision of preserving traditional craftsmanship while highlighting the beauty of Indonesia s cultural identity.
Meanwhile, Amanda Putri, Marketing Communication Manager, added that Tentrem Rona Jawi is a celebration of Javanese culture, art and harmony. “Building on Omah Etnik’s own theme of “Roots; The Foundation We All Need,” the Raya 2025 collection highlights the power of returning to one’s origins for strength and unity. She also explained that the opening of Omah Etnik’s (OE) flagship store at Plaza Indonesia on February 22, 2025 marks a pivotal moment in bringing Indonesian heritage closer to a global community, celebrating the values of resilience, love and tradition that define both OE and Tentrem Rona Jawi.
“Through a series of events and collaborations with renowned local artists and brands, Tentrem Rona Jawi will launch activations in February, June, and October throughout 2025.
