ARTOTEL Group (AG) and Mayapada Group have officially signed the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) and Technical Service Agreement (TSA) for the management of Golden Tulip Residences Solo.
This strategic partnership marks an important step in the transformation of the residential units in the Apsara Tower into a full-service, star-rated hotel in the Solo Baru area of Central Java.
According to Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer of Artotel Group, said Artotel Group, as the partner of Louvre Group to develop the Golden Tulip brand in Indonesia, is proud to be entrusted with the management of Golden Tulip Residences Solo.
