These dishes were specially curated as part of the in-flight meal selection, which is also available to the general public through the Dine-in the Air service.

One of the guests of honor on this flight was Ambassador LBBP Designate Resident of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Indonesia, Madam Ivana Golubovic-Duboka.

Madam Ivana Golubovic-Duboka, she expressed her appreciation for the experience of flying with Pelita Air, especially for the quality of service and the opportunity to taste authentic Indonesian cuisine on the flight.

“The food served on the plane was very tasty. The service provided by the cabin crew to all passengers throughout the flight was also very good,” she said.

Meanwhile, Pelita Air’s commercial director, Asa Perkasa, said the flight experience could be part of an effort to introduce Indonesian culture to the world.

“We strive to present flights that are not only safe, comfortable and on time, but also provide added value through the presentation of Nusantara cuisine as part of an effort to introduce Indonesian culture to foreign ambassadors,” Asa affirmed.
