THE DIGITAL travel and lifestyle platform offers innovation through flexible travel options tailored to customers’ needs.
According to Dimas Surya Yaputra, the company’s co-founder and CEO, said Tiket.com is presenting innovative services based on real solutions to address travel challenges. To celebrate its 14th anniversary, the company is introducing a new, more personalized and modern app interface.
“We are no longer just selling travel products; we are ensuring happiness is present in every process, from planning and purchasing to the flexible journey itself,” said Dimas at a press conference in Jakarta on Tuesday, (08/5), 2025.
To celebrate “tiket.com aNEWversary,” the company introduced Flight Disruption Protection, a new feature that provides automatic compensation for flight delays or cancellations without a complicated claims process.
Dimas stated that, as an online travel agent (OTA) in Indonesia, Tiket.com truly understands customer needs, not just for ease of booking, but also for speedy problem resolution. To that end, their customer service has transformed into Halo Tiket, which is committed to resolving customer complaints within one hour.
“For example, if a customer wants to change their schedule, they can. If there’s a two-hour delay, they’ll immediately get a refund. That didn’t exist in Indonesia before. We were the first to launch it,” said Dimas.
Likewise, Gaery Undarsa, the co-founder and chief marketing officer of Tiket.com, revealed that the company is introducing more than just technological innovation.
He is offering a promotion titled “HAJATAN TERMER14H,” running from August 1 to 12, 2025. The promotion offers discounts of up to 50% and instant cash back of up to 600,000 Indonesian rupiah for various services, including airline tickets, accommodations, and tourist activities, both domestic and international.
Gaery affirmed his commitment to remaining a trusted partner in every Indonesian’s journey with a cross-functional approach and a focus on customer convenience.
“This transformation isn’t just a new look; it’s a concrete step to address consumer needs for flexibility, speed, and a more personalized experience,” Gaery Undarsa concluded. [antaranews]
