INT’L FLIGHT PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ALL-INDONESIAN APPLICATION

STARTING September 1, 2025, the Directorate General of Immigration at the Indonesian Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Services stated that international flight passengers are required to complete an arrival declaration through the All-Indonesia application.

Currently, this requirement applies to international passengers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang, Banten; Juanda Airport in Surabaya, East Java; I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali; and the international port in Batam, Riau Islands.

Yuldi Yusman, the Acting Director General of Immigration at the Ministry of Immigration, stated that the All-Indonesia application trial is simultaneously being expanded to all airports, airlines, international ports, and borders, as reported by Antara.

“All-Indonesia is a step forward in realizing efficient public services. With this application, the arrival process at airports or ports is shorter, safer, and more user-friendly for all passengers, including individuals, groups, the elderly, people with disabilities, and children,” he said.

Yuldi explained that the All-Indonesia app was introduced to simplify the arrival declaration process for international passengers and provide an easier, faster, and safer travel experience.

Through the app, he said, filling out arrival forms for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine is integrated into one digital system. Passengers can complete the All-Indonesia form free of charge starting three days before arrival.

“Indonesia wants to provide the best experience possible to foreign tourists and Indonesian citizens when they return to Indonesia. Therefore, we have integrated the arrival card into this system,” he said.

With this integration, international passengers arriving in Indonesia no longer need to fill out an electronic customs declaration (e-CD) because the entire customs declaration process is integrated into the All Indonesia integrated digital system.

Meanwhile, regarding health declarations, the All-Indonesia app enables the Ministry of Health to detect potential infectious disease risks so that a rapid response can be initiated at the country’s ports of entry.

The All-Indonesia form is also mandatory for passengers carrying animal, fish, plant, and derivative products to prevent the spread of pests and diseases. With the arrival declaration at All-Indonesia, passengers can easily report their baggage for quarantine inspection and monitoring, while ensuring food security and national economic protection.

Yuldi urged all international flight passengers, both foreign nationals and Indonesian citizens, to report their arrival through this application. The form can be accessed on the allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id website or by downloading the application from the Google Play Store and App Store.

“This application is not only about convenience, but also about protecting our country. Every piece of data you provide is key to ensuring the security, health, and integrity of our borders,” Yuldi concluded. [sources/photo special]
