ARTOTEL Group has achieved notable success in the field of Human Resources (HR) by being recognized with three prestigious awards at the 2025 Stellar Workplace Awards. The awards ceremony, organized by GML Performance Consulting in collaboration with Kontan media, was held on September 25, 2025, at the Thamrin Nine Ballroom in Jakarta.

ARTOTEL Group has been honored with three prestigious awards: (1) Top 10 Companies with Best Future-Ready Workplace Program for Artotel Group’s superior ability to design and implement programs that promote future-oriented organizational, HR, and digital agility.

(2) Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment for the extraordinary dedication, loyalty, and commitment demonstrated by ARTOTEL Group employees. Distinguished Recognition for Workplace Excellence in Employee Satisfaction. This accolade acknowledges ARTOTEL Group’s remarkable achievement in fostering a positive and impactful work environment for all its employees.

According to Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer of AG, stated that this award is concrete evidence of ARTOTEL Group’s commitment to always placing its employees as the company’s number one asset.

“We believe that if employees have a healthy, positive work environment and a robust HR development program, the company’s foundation will be strong and able to optimally realize its vision,” he said.

He went on to express his pride in the company’s representation of the Indonesian hotel industry at this prestigious event, where they are competing with private companies from various business sectors.

The assessment process was conducted through an Employee Engagement Survey that ran throughout July 2025, followed by a presentation and judging session on August 5-6, 2025. This session was conducted by a panel of judges comprised of national HR experts and practitioners.
