FEATURING A PREMIUM URBAN STAY CONCEPT, GOLDEN TULIP PIK2 OPENS

THE LATEST hotel collaboration between Agung Sedayu Group, Indonesia’s largest property developer, and ARTOTEL Group (AG) presents a premium urban stay experience at PIK2, marking the arrival of a new international-standard portfolio in the integrated tourism destination of Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), specifically at PIK 2.

According to Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer of AG, stated during the press conference for the opening of Golden Tulip Essential PIK 2 Jakarta on Thursday, (10/16), 2025, said that the opening of this hotel is part of their commitment to continue providing properties that are relevant to the needs of today’s travelers and contribute to the growth of Indonesian tourism on the international stage.

“This hotel allows us to leverage our expertise in the Indonesian hospitality industry to develop new tourist and business destinations in Jakarta, such as PIK 2, built by Agung Sedayu Group. Strategically located in the rapidly growing Tokyo Riverside PIK 2 residential area, the hotel offers flexible and comfortable accommodation options, ideal for business trips, leisure, and family vacations, with quick access to the PIK area’s shopping, culinary, and entertainment centers,” he said.

But when asked about the nature of the collaboration, Eduard replied, through the international hotel brand of Louvre Group (LG), which we have entrusted to manage in Indonesia, we aim to provide a modern, enjoyable, and international-standard accommodation experience, in keeping with the spirit of PIK 2 as a new icon for Jakarta’s business and tourism hub. The existing collaboration between AG and LG on this property has not yet expanded into operations, only sales, marketing, and distribution. However, future operations are still under discussion.
