“For arriving flights, Etihad Airways flight EY 472 on the Abu Dhabi-Jakarta route and Qatar Airways QR 954 on the Doha-Jakarta route have canceled status,” he explained.
He said that due to several flight delays and cancellations, his party had provided treatment for affected passengers in accordance with applicable procedures, including the process of canceling travel documents in the immigration area as well as coordinating with the relevant airlines for accommodation arrangements and flight rescheduling.
“In general, the situation at the terminal remains safe and conducive,” he said.
Aziz also ensured that flight operations at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, especially for other international routes, were still running safely and smoothly.
