Likewise, the Hungarian Ambassador to Indonesia, Lilla Karsay, on the same occasion, stated that Indonesia has delicious oxtail soup, while Hungary has world-famous goulash.

“Other Hungarian dishes have similarities to Indonesian cuisine, such as Hungarian beef stew, which is similar to Indonesian rendang, and Hungarian chicken soup, which is similar to Indonesian soto ayam,” she said.

Lilla Karsay also explained that during This week, talented chefs, pastry chefs, wine experts, and mixologists are here to introduce the most authentic Hungarian flavors, especially to those curious about trying new culinary experiences.
