TRAVELING by cruise ship is one of the holiday choices for Indonesian families during Eid 2027, with a round trip route from Jakarta to Singapore for four nights.
“With a cruise that starts and ends in Jakarta, a choice of halal dishes on board and a short holiday to Singapore, families can enjoy a holiday that is easy, comfortable and full of interesting things to do together,” said StarDream Cruises President Michael Goh in a written statement received in Jakarta, Monday (9/21), 2026.
The cruise is scheduled to use the Star Voyager ship with departures from Jakarta on March 7 and 11 2027. The ship then heads to Singapore before returning to Jakarta.
During the trip, passengers can carry out various activities on board the ship, while the stopover time in Singapore can be used to visit a number of tourist attractions and shopping centers.
For Muslim families, organizers provide halal food options at the Lido restaurant on board the ship. Meanwhile, a number of entertainment and recreational facilities are available to passengers, including live shows, swimming pools, water slides and children’s play areas.
One-way travel options are also available around this period, namely from Singapore to Jakarta on 5 March 2027 and from Jakarta to Singapore on 15 March 2027.
This cruise is an alternative for people who want to spend the Eid holiday by combining a sea trip and a short visit to Singapore. Bookings for travel from Jakarta are scheduled to open on October 6 2026. [antaranews]
