THE Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, will reopen on June 25 after being closed for more than three months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The duration of the closure of the Eiffel tower during the area restrictions reached the longest record after World War II, tower management said on Tuesday (9/6).
Later, all visitors over the age of 11 years will be required to wear a mask. The French government has eased territorial restrictions since mid-May.
The Palace of Versailles reopened on June 6, while the Louvre museum may be visited by visitors on July 6.
The Louvre, which had 9.6 million visitors last year, closed in March, a few days before France made a strict national lockdown to stem the spread of the virus. [antaranews/photo special]
