LIBERTA Hotels International one of the national scale hotel management re-cooperates for hotel management with PT Permata Citra Inovasi (Diamondland Development Group) to operate Dave Apartment Depok, by carrying Liberta Home which is a brand especially residence with a modern minimalist concept.
According to Stenli Levi Ransun SH, General Manager Commercial & Property Management representing Diamond Land Development Group said Liberta Home Depok is the first property developed by Liberta Hotels International in the Depok area, in the first phase will operate 100 rooms as a hotel out of a total of 800 apartment units available.
“Equipped with several supporting facilities such as cafe/restaurant, gym, swimming pool, meeting room, and food & beverages outlets as tenants on the ground floor as well as facilities that can be enjoyed by guests and the public, the location is only adjacent to the University of Indonesia (UI),” she said.
