GRAND Hyatt Bali launched a special studio that can be used to hold hybrid meetings. This studio is presented as the best solution to support MICE needs which are currently growing.
According to Rene Mayer, Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at Grand Hyatt Bali, during the Grand Hyatt Bali Hybrid Meeting Solutions Press Conference “virtual media event, Thursday (6/17) said that this studio is the first hybrid studio in Indonesia that is integrated directly into a resort. . The studio, named The Studio, can combine face-to-face events with virtual meetings.

Inspired Intl. known to host large-scale hybrid events involving up to 30 workspaces in it. By using his services, MICE activities can be broadcast simultaneously in three languages in various time zones.
The studio has been equipped with high-tech equipment, full-frame video cameras, six-meter wide green screen, high-speed internet connection up to 100 mbps, technical staff, and professional camera operators. With these facilities, The Studio is ready to become the control center of every virtual meeting and connect Grand Hyatt Bali’s meeting rooms in various rooms around the world.
