PANORAMA (PANR) formed a new business entity that will focus as a travel-tech company. The establishment of a business entity with the name PT Panorama Application Nusantara is a strategic step in strengthening the company’s business structure while creating added value, especially in reaching markets that are closer to digital technology.
According to AB Sadewa, Corporate Secretary of PT Panorama Sentrawisata, Tbk in official press release on Monday (10/25) said PT Panorama Application Nusantara is a direct subsidiary of the company where PANR has a composition of 80% shares, while the remaining 20% shares are owned by PT Panorama Ventura Indonesia.
“PT Panorama Application Nusantara will become a business entity that focuses on developing travel technology, namely selling products and tour packages and services related to recreation/leisure on a digital basis. PT Panorama Application Nusantara will contribute to sales for the Company because this business entity will sell products and tour packages for national and international destinations, especially the millennial market who are familiar with digital-based technology,” he said.
Sadewa explained that as part of good corporate governance, in this case Information Disclosure, the Company conveys material facts on the formation of a Business Entity which is a consolidated subsidiary. PT Panorama Application Nusantara will focus as a travel-tech company that will add distribution channels and of course have an impact on the Company’s performance which will be more positive in the future.
“This new business entity will have an impact on the company’s financial performance when the company operates. With the operation of PT Panorama Application Nusantara, it will be able to improve the Company’s financial performance with additional income from selling products and tour packages as well as other services through digital applications.
