AIRASIA Group’s food ordering and delivery business, airasia food, will soon be arriving in Indonesia in early 2022. Registration for partnership applications for culinary businesses in the country has been opened.
According to AirAsia Group CEO Tony Fernandes quoted from the official broadcast on Sunday (12/26) said that he would implement more value and lower costs in airasia food in Indonesia. We will offer food delivery services at the lowest prices at the best value, and ensure that our merchant partners can make a profit from our services instead of losing money. We offer low operating costs, which means costs will be even lower for our merchant partners who are culinary entrepreneurs.
Meanwhile, President Director of AirAsia Indonesia, Veranita Yosephine, said that his party was delighted to welcome the presence of the airasia food delivery business line in the country.
“AirAsia Indonesia as an airline is certainly very supportive, and is ready to provide more benefits for merchants who will later join,” said Veranita.
He was delighted that this new service would be able to provide more value for passengers through the best offers on the AirAsia Super App travel and lifestyle platform.
Likewise, Airasia Super App Indonesia’s Head of E-Commerce, Arbi Wienandar, said that airasia food has continued to grow rapidly since it was first launched in Malaysia in May 2020.
“Airasia food has been present in many cities spread across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, and we are looking forward to the day when Indonesian consumers will be able to fulfill their culinary desires through airasia food,” concluded Arbi Wienandar. [antaranews/photo special]
