ON THE 4th Anniversary Meotel Jember by Dafam officially changed its name to Hotel Dafam Fortuna Jember, it was marked by the ‘Rebranding Ceremony’ which was held on Tuesday (8/1) at the Cadillac Ballroom. The tagline for the name change that was carried out was ‘Trans4mation to the Next Level’.
According to Andhy Irawan MBA, Founder & CEO of Dafam Hotels Management (DHM) said that each unit under DHM management is supported by quite complete facilities with different concepts for 4 years of operation, program changes and innovations as well as the appearance of several points always change every year.
“Advancing the Hospitality Industry in Indonesia, especially in Jember, we will continue to develop and improve quality, we are also very open to collaborating with parties who are committed and have the same vision and mission to advance tourism in Tapal Kuda as well as East Java and Indonesia in general,” he said.
Andhy Irawan explained Hotel Dafam Fortuna Jember which is located at Jalan Karimata No. 43 Jember, East Java, has 120 rooms with room types ranging from Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Family Room and Executive, in addition to other facilities in the form of a Bistro, Lounge, 6 meeting rooms and also a Ballroom with a capacity of up to 800 people.
Meanwhile Helman Dedy Chandra, GM of the hotel said that the transformation/change of brands from Meotel Jember by Dafam to Hotel Dafam Fortuna Jember is expected to increase and also penetrate the market in all regions in Indonesia, especially East Java and Tapal Kuda.
“We, who previously targeted the middle economic market more often, would expand and raise marketing to the mid-scale level and we hope that we can also accommodate the middle-up market in East Java in particular, we are optimistic that if in the future there are no obstacles, the Jember tourism industry, especially the hospitality will grow in a positive direction because it is currently entering the business recovery period.
Helman concluded, but what needs to be considered in detail for the strategic steps, but this requires collaboration by all parties, and we will continue to strive to improve the quality of products and services at our hotel so that visitors can experience the typical services of Hotel Dafam Fortuna Jember.
