TURKIYE’S national airline, Turkish Airlines, on Thursday (12/08) was named the best-designed airline in Europe for 2022. TheDesignAir’s website selected the airline as “Design Airline of the Year” based on its services such as lounges, check-in counters, and ticketing offices, as well as in-flight design and product.
According to Ahmet Olmustur, the airline’s head of marketing, said from the entrance to the check-in counters and lounges at Istanbul Airport, to the design of the new cabins and seats on the plane, we meticulously inject our Turkish Airlines brand identity at every point.
“With our traditional hospitality, we strive to make our passengers’ experience special by providing services beyond their expectations,” said Olmustur.
“Turkey continues to excel in passenger experience, brand and customer service, and while some airlines have scaled back, Turkiye has instead continued to invest in improvements both on the ground and in the air,” said TheDesignAir.
“Consistent use of brand image, color palette and design language across digital and physical experiences has helped create a strong airline brand that continues to impress against its European competitors.”
