According to Andhy Irawan MBA, Co-founder & CEO of DHM in his press release said that on December 12, 2022, DHM collaborated with PT Laksana Hotel Indonesia to manage Hotel Laksana Solo, the signing of the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) was carried out by Jimmy Widiharsanto as Director of PT. Like Hotel Indonesia.
“Hotel Laksana Solo managed by Dafam with a total of 52 rooms consisting of 9 types of Millennials, 34 types of Superior and 9 Deluxe, three meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 20 -50 pax, Laksana Sky Dine, Laksana Artisan Coffee where guests can enjoy food while relaxing. And later additional development will be carried out for rooms and meeting rooms,” he said.
He added that the hotel, which is located on Jalan Teratai I No. 11 Mangkubumen Surakarta, is very strategic because it is located close to the shopping center Paragon Solo Mall, Sriwedari Park and also only 10 minutes from Balapan Train Station.
On December 14, 2022, continued Andhy DHM also collaborated with PT Dyokara Nusantara for the management of Hotel Elais Medan managed by Dafam with a total of 77 rooms, two meeting rooms, restaurant, Lobby Lounge, Coffee Shop & Room Service.
The signing of the Hotel Management Agreement was carried out by Andhy Irawan MBA with Ir. Erik LTP Siahaan as Director of PT Dyokara Nusantara at Jalan Sei Serayu No 72 Medan.
“With the joining of hotels such as Solo managed by Dafam and Hotel Elais Medan managed by Dafam, of course, it will increase the network area and also DHM’s portfolio because in Medan this is the first hotel but the third hotel on the island of Sumatra which previously existed in Lubuk Linggau City, South Sumatra and Pekanbaru Riau, besides that there are still 5 new hotel projects including in Tegal, Yogyakarta, Bali and other cities that are being worked on by Dafam in Indonesia,” concluded Andhy Irawan.
