According to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) while giving remarks at the opening of the Papua Street Carnival event which took place in the Papua Governor’s Office area, Friday (7/7), 2023 said it was hoped that this people’s party would open opportunities for young Papuans to make it an opportunity to improve the welfare of the Papuan people.

Sandiaga explained that the Papua Street Carnival 2023 is a follow-up to President Joko Widodo’s directives during the inauguration of PYCH in Jayapura on March 21, 2023.
