PALEMBANG’s Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin (SMB) II Airport again added three domestic flight routes from Palembang to three return cities (round-trip). The three routes are Palembang-Bandung, Palembang-Yogyakarta and Palembang-Surabaya.
“Since mid-July there have been three additional routes, and this is a form of service improvement,” said Palembang SMB II Airport Executive General Manager R Iwan Inaya, Tuesday (7/25), 2023.
Iwan said that domestic flights to a number of areas in Indonesia used Air Jet aircraft. There are three with Air Jet planes, and one with other planes, so there are a total of 10 direct domestic flights.
“I hope, with the addition of these routes, the occupancy rate will increase by 80 to 100% because there are flights every day. Well, the hope is that flights can increase,” Iwan finished. [sources/photo special]
