ARTOTEL Group (AG) and PT Bandung Infra Investama (Perseroda) have officially established cooperation for hotel management in Bandung area, namely ARTOTEL Kiara Artha Bandung. The signing of the cooperation MOU was done on Tuesday (11/19), 2024 between Artotel Group and PT Bandung Infra Investama.
According to Eduard Rudolf Pengkerego, Chief Operating Officer of Artotel Group, said the construction of the hotel, which is scheduled to start in early 2025, will be located in the tourist area of Kiara Artha Park, specifically at Jalan Banten, Kebonwaru, Bandung City. Kiara Artha Park is one of the interesting destinations for tourists visiting Bandung City.
“By carrying the ARTOTEL brand, this hotel will have a lifestyle concept with an artistic nuance that has become ARTOTEL’s signature. This hotel will be equipped with 118 rooms, a restaurant, meeting room, swimming pool, gym, spa and ARTSPACE, which is the signature feature of the ARTOTEL hotel brand,” he said.
Eduard added, we would like to thank PT Bandung Infra Investama (Perseroda) for the extraordinary opportunity given to us to manage the hotel that will be built in the Kiara Artha Park Bandung tourist area.
“We will proudly manage this hotel under the ARTOTEL brand to support the concept of Kiara Artha Park Bandung as a tourist destination in Bandung that carries the concept of modern lifestyle. This hotel will be a special hotel in a beautiful tourist destination and will be a solution for the accommodation needs of tourists visiting this tourist area,” Eduard affirmed.
Meanwhile, Asep Wawan Dharmawan, President Director of PT Bandung Infra Investama said that we congratulate Artotel Group (AG) for being the winner of the hotel management partner auction in Kiara Artha Park area. With the construction of an ARTOTEL branded hotel in Kiara Artha Park, we hope to contribute and support the progress of tourism for the city of Bandung, especially the Kiara Artha Park area, which is currently one of the iconic tourist destinations in the city of Bandung.
“In addition, we are excited about ARTOTEL’s unique concept of involving local artists in the design of the hotel. We hope that today’s signing of the MoU will be the beginning of a good cooperation between PT Bandung Infra Investama (Perseroda) and Artotel Group,” Asep noted.
He explained that PT Bandung Infra Investama (Perseroda) is a regionally owned company (BUMD) of the Bandung city government, which was established on December 22, 2017 with the aim of providing benefits for the development of the Bandung city economy.
“The main business of PT Bandung Infra Investama (Perseroda) is in infrastructure, real estate and transportation,” he concluded.
ARTOTEL Kiara Artha Bandung will be the first hotel with the ARTOTEL brand name in Bandung City and the 6th hotel managed by Artotel Group in Bandung City. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027. [traveltext.id]
