At a press conference on Friday (07/19), 2025 AGRTOTEL Group Director of Marketing Communications, Yulia Maria said that ROOMS INC. is a brand developed to meet the needs of a new generation that is dynamic, independent, and accustomed to living in a fast-paced city. However, when she asked about the estimated investment for the hotel, Yulia immediately responded that, based on the facilities with 70 rooms, the cost per room is estimated to be around IDR500 million, making the total investment around IDR50 billion.
