ON Saturday, (11/15), 2025, DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated the newest hotel in Jakarta, namely the Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL. This hotel, situated in the Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta is the result of a collaboration between ARTOTEL Group (AG) and PT Bellevue Radio dalam.
The opening of this hotel was marked by the signing of an inscription by Pramono Anung and a ribbon-cutting by Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer AG, and Firman Soebagyo, President Director of PT Bellevue Radio Dalam, as well as Chairman of the Association of Owners and Residents of Flats (P3SRS).
Pramono Anung declared the Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL inaugurated on November 15, 2025, by saying “Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.” Pramono was greeted by applause from the audience, which was mostly comprised of condotel unit owners.
“In fact, I am also allowing the Jakarta Government’s Welfare Hall next hotel’s buiding to be opened so that the dividing wall can also be managed by the hotel as a meeting room as a hotel accessory in the future,” said Governor Pramono.
Meanwhile, Firman Soebagyo, President Director of PT Bellevue Radio Dalam and Chairman of PPPSRS, stated that the building has been standing since 2014 as a condotel and apartment that functions as a hotel. Throughout its history, the property has undergone several changes in hotel operators.
“Following the establishment of PPPSRS in 2023 and the successful resolution of issues with the developer, we are committed to enhancing the management of our properties to ensure optimal sustainability. After a prolonged period of challenges, we decided to collaborate with AG, a reputable partner with a strong background in managing contemporary lifestyle-focused hotels. We believe this partnership will add value to our property and provide the best experience for guests,” Firman Soebagyo affirmed.
Likewise, Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, the CEO of ARTOTEL Group, has stated that the hotel is strategically located in South Jakarta at Jl. Radio Dalam Raya No.1. The Fairview Hotel by ARTOTEL boasts a modern concept, prioritizing guest comfort and ease of access.
