PT Garuda Indonesia has introduced its new ‘One-Stop Service’ feature for the sales of its tickets, as well as ones for its subsidiary companies, including Citilink and Sriwijaya Air.
According to Vice President of Garuda Indonesia for Regional Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Maluku, and Papua, TB Irfan Farhan Fuadi said today, we started to provide ‘One-Stop Service’ for ticket sales all across Indonesia, including in Makassar.
“After the operation of the airline company Sriwijaya Air was taken over by Garuda Indonesia Group, through its subsidiary PT Citilink Indonesia, services were also being brought up in order to ensure customers comfort,” he said.
Through the ‘One-Stop Service’, which has been available for access since Dec 10, customers can carry out transactions in all locations that sell Garuda Indonesia tickets.
He further stated that the presence of this service, which is available in one place, is expected to be a solution for various Garuda Group customer needs.
“In line with its ongoing commitment to provide excellent service, Garuda Indonesia group has launched the One-Stop Service. We hope this can be of distinct value in developing integrated and seamless pre-flight services for our customers,” he explained.
He mentioned that the service offices that serve one stop service transactions in Makassar City include Garuda Indonesia in Slamet Riyadi, Graha Pettarani Building, and Gallery at Trans Studio Makassar.
In addition to the city of Makassar, the sales offices of Garuda Indonesia in regions of Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, and Maluku are also ready to serve Citilink ticket sales from Dec 17 in Balikpapan, Pontianak, Samarinda, Ambon, Manado, Gorontalo, Kendari, and Jayapura, and will be followed by several other cities.
