But as quoted from travel.state.gov, the website of the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the United States Department of State calls on all citizens of the United States not to visit Afghanistan.

In terms of travel security, the United States sets Afghanistan at the fourth level. This level means Afghanistan is a country that is not safe to visit. The website states that travel to all areas of Afghanistan is not safe due to high abduction rates, hostages, suicide bombings, widespread military combat operations, land mines, and terrorist and rebel attacks, including attacks using vehicles carried by vehicles, magnets explosives, suicide bombs and grenades.

The ability of the US Embassy to provide routine and emergency services to US citizens in Afghanistan is very limited, especially outside Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. This happens due to lack of infrastructure, geographical constraints, and uncertain security situations.

The same thing was also called for by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. On its official website dfat.gov.au, a release was issued on 10 September 2019, where Australia urged all its citizens not to visit Afghanistan.

This website states, the threat of terrorist attacks is increasing ahead of the presidential elections on September 28, 2019 and may continue. [kontan.co.id/photo special]
