MINISTER of State Owned Enterprises, Erick Thohir said that Garuda Indonesia aircraft were ready to transport the needs of the goods in order to handle COVID-19.
“We prepare Garuda aircraft as cargo to fly overseas when needed to transport,” Erick Thohir said after conducting a health facility review at Covid-19 Emergency Hospital Patra Jasa Hotel and Pertamina Jaya Hospital (RSPJ) in Jakarta on Monday.
He added that his party was also trying to prepare the needs of medicines in handling COVID-19. We also make sure the needs of medicines are also ready, 90% of the raw materials of these drugs are from abroad, we have to prepare what is called health security.
Erick said that I would continue to coordinate with ministries and other institutions in mitigating the impact of COVID-19.
