SANTIKA RE-OPERATES 80 HOTEL UNITS IN THE NEW NORMAL TRANSITION PERIOD

SANTIKA hotel management, Santika Indonesia Hotels and Resorts, has not yet stated the demand for hotel rooms due to the easing of Large-scale social restrictions and the new normal transition period.

According to Prita Gero, Assistant Marcomm Manager of Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts said, but the management has also been operating again around 80 hotel units in stages since last June 4. We prepare ourselves with health protocols that are enforced throughout the hotel and resort network.

“We are implementing a new SOP in our hotel. Not only regulating the body temperature of our guests, we also spray the footwear and wheels of visitors’ luggage. Not only that, Santika has also conducted mass rapid tests on its employees before returning to operating the hotel,” she said.

Prita Gero added, the hotel requires body temperature measurements to all employees, and requires showering before and after work to wash his uniform every day. Plus, Santika requires its employees to wear face shields while serving visitors.

“For guests, we will provide a set of medical devices in the front office. Breakfast will be served temporarily in the form of boxes and shared facilities such as the gym and swimming pool not being operated until one month during the new normal SOP,” she continued .

Santika Indonesia Hotels and Resorts itself manages 100 hotel units with seven major brands such as The Anvaya, Santika Premier, Santika Hotels, Kampi Hotels, Amaris Hotels, to The Samaya and The Kanaya. [sources/photo special]
