This application offers security and is more efficient than using paper. This is quite important considering that vaccine verification needs to be managed safely. The various features provided by this application are that it allows parties from official laboratories to send test results and vaccine certification to users.
Users can also take advantage of this application to find test centers at departure and arrival locations. In addition, this application also provides information about things that are required when traveling to the destination country.
This application allows users to create a digital passport, i.e. to verify that they have received a negative test or vaccination, which can be used as a travel document.
IATA is currently being tested on several major airlines in the world such as Singapore, Emirates, Etihad, Qantas, British Airways and others. This app is also available on the App Store, and works on any iPhone, including the newest series. [sources/photo special]
