BALI Provincial is preparing a School From Bali (SFB) program as part of efforts to recover the economy in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Bali has implemented a Work From Bali (WFB) program that invites ministry agencies, State-Owned Enterprises, and start-ups to Work From Bali.
According to the chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Denpasar, Ida Bagus Gede Sidharta Putra, said the School From Bali plan was prepared with the central PHRI. Currently a central team has been formed to provide a concept for the program. The rest, just formed a regional team in Bali to realize the program.
“Yesterday I met the Chairman of the Central PHRI, Sukamdani, we have formed a central team, just go down to the Bali area, who will handle the PHRI Bali is still in the process, while it is still the school holiday period,” he said
Furthermore, this school holiday period is a moment to prepare for the school program from Bali. Later, if the learning process starts again, the School From Bali program will be implemented. Possibly, after August 2021, the School From Bali program will begin to be implemented.
Until now, the exact mechanism for the program has not been determined. PHRI’s plan to implement School From Bali is still being discussed.
“After August, we will try, there will be an international school in Jakarta instead of studying online, they can have school children here, you can invite family to stay too, later the cost of staying can be monthly instead of daily,” he concluded. [bisnis.com/photo special]
