THE SUPER Air Jet airline opened the Jakarta-Solo round-trip route for the first time on Wednesday (1/05) with ticket prices starting from IDR433,800.
Launching a press release from Super Air Jet, Sunday (1/02), flights will be carried out directly from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten (CGK), with flight number IU636. The aircraft used is the Airbus 320-200 with a capacity of 180 economy class seats.
“To answer the needs of young people who are still confused, especially solo traveling, Super Air Jet in the new year invites you to fly to a new destination, namely Solo,” as quoted from a airlines’s press release.
The Super Air Jet flight schedule for the PP Jakarta-Solo route is as follows:
1.IU flight number 636
Departs at 08.45 WIB from Terminal 2D Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), with arrival at 10.00 WIB at Adi Soemarmo International Airport (SOC).
2.IU flight number 637
Departs at 10.40 from Adi Soemarmo International Airport (SOC), with arrival at 11.55 WIB at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK).
All Super Air Jet passengers for this new route will receive free baggage allowance of a maximum of 20 kilograms. During the Jakarta-Solo flight, passengers will also get entertainment facilities for free, such as watching movies, playing games, and reading e-magazines via their respective smartphones.
Before taking a flight, prospective Super Air Jet passengers can do a rapid antigen test first at a price of IDR35,000 for departures from Jabodetabek. Meanwhile, for the PCR test, the price is IDR195,000 for departures from Jabodetabek and IDR225,000 for departures from Solo. Solo is Super Air Jet’s third flight route on the island of Java, after Surabaya and Yogyakarta, and the 11th nationally.
