LAND ROVER has released and received orders for its latest Range Rover SUV by offering a greater range of personalization than ever before, including a choice of 7 seat configurations (7 people capacity).
Starting earlier this year, Land Rover customers can place orders with the configuration they want and everything can be done online. The New Range Rover SV has an exclusive front bumper and a five-stem grille design distinguishes the new flagship model, featuring five metal-lined slats adorning the bottom of the bumper.
“Working with the finest materials and innovative technology has allowed us to introduce even more luxury into every part of the New Range Rover SV. This attention to detail and quality is evident throughout the vehicle,” said Land Rover Managing Director, Special Vehicle Operations, Michael. Van Der Sande, in an official statement, was quoted Wednesday (1/05).
The New Range Rover SV is the first vehicle from Land Rover’s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) which represents the SVO team’s design and engineering passion for modern luxury, performance and capability. The model’s name ‘SV’ is the identity for all new Land Rover vehicles launched by Special Vehicle Operations in the future.
Smooth ceramic material on the outside and inside makes it feel cool to the touch. These exclusive ceramic components are manufactured using the same techniques as luxury watch faces.
The whole process takes about ten weeks, including the final quality check by hand. Ceramic-coated finishes with intricate embossed mosaic patterns are also available as wood or metal alternatives.
As standard, the Range Rover SV features a monotone semi-aniline leather interior with uniquely shaped seats and an SV-specific embroidered pattern. Close to aniline options with natural finishes and furniture grade leather finishes are also available making them softer.
The exterior of the New Range Rover SV is enhanced with Atlas Silver or Anthracite metallic trim on the grille, lower tailgate, rear wing ingots and bodyside graphics with a laser engraved SV logo.
The optional triple-finish 23-inch forged Diamond Turned Dark Gray Gloss specially designed for the New Range Rover SV are among 13 different wheels that can be specified, depending on the powertrain and design theme.
Customers of the new Range Rover SV can choose from a selection of the standard Range Rover color palette or one of the 14 additional colors in the Bespoke SV Premium Palette, which includes a range of bright Gloss and sophisticated Satin finishes.
Customers can also specify a contrasting roof in either Narvik Black or Corinthian Bronze (SV Serenity theme only), depending on the chosen body color. The new Range Rover SV goes on sale this early 2022, when final pricing and specifications will be confirmed. It will be available in Standard or Long Wheelbase body designs, including a five-seat LWB configuration for the first time.
LWB customers also have the option to choose a four-seat SV Signature Suite with an electrically mountable Club Table and an integrated refrigerator.
For the LWB variant there is also an option for 7-seaters, with engine configuration options including the D350 AWD Automatic MHEV engined Ingenium 3.0-liter 6-cylinder 350PS (258kW) Twin Turbocharged Diesel All Wheel Drive with a maximum speed of 234km per hour. [antaranews/photo special]
