THE INTERNATIONAL flight to Singapore via Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), Kulon Progo Regency was postponed to June 11, 2022. According to the Acting General Manager of YIA, Agus Pandu Purnama, the Singapore route will be served using the Scoot Tiger airline. There are 3 flights a week namely Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

“But if the public’s interest in traveling to Singapore is high, it will be carried out every day. The management of the Scoot Tiger airline is currently making preparations. Currently, flights serving foreign travelers (PPLN) at YIA are only on the Malaysia route using AirAsia airlines, “said Pandu, Thursday (5/19)

He added that the AirAsia airline operates 2 times a week, namely Friday and Sunday. However, due to the high enthusiasm of the public to travel to Malaysia, with an average of 100 passengers per day, in mid-June flights become 4 times a week.
