LOUVRE HOTELS GROUP ANNOUNCED ITS UPCOMING DEV’T PLAN IN INDONESIA

LOUVRE Hotels Group in Indonesia announced its upcoming development projects. The group soon to introduce two brands in future development in Indonesia which are Campanile and Tulip Residences.

According to Pierre-Frederic Roulot, Chief Executive Officer of Louvre Hotels Group on a recent press conference held at, the Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis said these two brands will surely add the movement of Louvre Hotels Group in Indonesia in enlarging the brand positioning in Indonesia’s hospitality business.

“Our company has shown a great development over the decades with averagely more than 170 new hotels join our network each year. Now that we are also under second largest hospitality group in the world, we are very confident that our company will grow vastly in near future,” he said.

Meanwhile Max Cergneux, Chief Development Officer, Louvre Hotels Group said the development progress of Louvre Hotels Group in Asia has also shown a positive growth. “The purpose of Jin Jiang International is to set more establishments outside China and they have made the right decision by acquiring Louvre Hotels Group in 2015, seeing the growth of properties that we have in Asia countries. We will double our hotels portfolio within the next 3 years.

“Louvre Hotels Group itself made a large impact by joining Jin Jiang International. Louvre Hotels Group has a growing presence of over than 1.620 hotels and 137.000 room in 60 countries. With more than 45 years of experience in the hospitality industry, this French hotel group which was first established in 1976 now has 10 brands under the umbrella which are divided into three categories,” he remarked.

Cergneux explained that upscale brands are consisting of Royal Tulip, Hotels & Preference, Golden Tulip, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. While the Midscale brands comprised of Companile, Tulip Inn Hotel, Tulip Residences, Kyriad. The last but not least two brands; Kyriad Direct and Premiere Classe Hotels are under the Budget brands’ category.

Likewise, Edgar Terutung, Regional Director Development of Louvre Hotels Indonesia said Louvre Hotels Indonesia’s team are in a full gear offering their services development including Technical Assistance, Pre-Opening, Hotel Management and Tools covering marketing, reputation review management platform, learning tool and reservation system.

“Especially in Indonesia, there are 3 brands and 20 hotels existing portfolio of Louvre Hotels Group which are: Royal Tulip – A Collection of Exceptional Upper Upscale Hotels. Where inspiring stays rooted in the extraordinary,” he noted.

Terutung added that hotels in Indonesia included: Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis and Royal Tulip Springhill Jimbaran, Golden Tulip Holland Batu, Golden Tulip Jineng, Golden Tulip Belitung, Golden Tulip Pontianak, Golden Tulip Springhill Lampung, Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang, and Golden Tulip Essential Makassar. Kyriad Airport (Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng), Kyriad Metro Kebayoran, and Kyriad Fatmawati, Kyriad Master Purwodadi and Kyriad Arra Cepu, Kyriad Royal Seminyak Bali, Kyriad Muraya Aceh and Kyriad Bumiminang Padang, Kyriad Sadurengas Paser, Kyriad Haka Makassar and Kyriad M Hotel Sorong.
