ARTOTELGROUP EXPANDS TO SUMBA, E. NUSA TENGGARA, MANAGES MYZE HOTEL

SUMBA ISLAND, East Nusa Tenggara was chosen as one of the best tourist destinations to visit in 2022 by the famous travel and lifestyle magazine Condé Nast Traveler recently and is considered to be an alternative destination to Bali for tourists, both foreign and domestic tourists.

PT Nahna Maju Bersama in collaboration with ARTOTELGroup saw the great potential of this Waingapu destination by building and managing Myze Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated which was marked by the groundbreaking ceremony on Friday (5/27).

Myze Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated is planned to be a 4-star hotel with the first resort and villa concept to be managed by ARTOTELGroup in eastern Indonesia. It has 132 room units with 3 types of rooms, namely Studio 32 (with an area of ​​32m2), Studio 45 (with an area of ​​45m2) and Studio 64 (with an area of ​​64m2).

As well as 8 villa units with 2 types, namely one bedroom villa with an area of ​​60 m2 and two bedrooms villa with an area of ​​80 m2. A series of complete facilities will also be available at this hotel with a total area of ​​20,500 m2, including EATSPACE, 5 MEETSPACE, ARTSPACE, swimming pool, gym, spa, kids club to beach club.

According to Eduard R. Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer of ARTOTELGroup said the construction of Myze Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated is a concrete manifestation of our commitment as an Indonesian hotel operator company in supporting the ministry of tourism & creative economy programs to develop new tourist destinations in Eastern Indonesia.

“With a fairly large area, we will make Myze Hotel a resort with complete facilities for a vacation, both for families and young people who like adventure. And of course, we will add elements of art and other contemporary lifestyles such as music performance and art activities at this hotel as a hallmark of ARTOTELGroup’s style in managing its properties,” he said.

Eduard R. Pangkerego added that whatever the location of Myze Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated is very strategic in the East Sumba area, close to various interesting tourist destinations, such as Walakiri Beach, Raja Prailiu Village, Tanggedu Waterfall, Tenau Hill and others.

“In fact, access from the airport is very close, it only takes 10 minutes from Umbu Mehang Kunda Airport. The construction of this hotel is planned to be completed in 2023,” he concluded. [traveltext.id]
