According to the Chairperson of the Indonesian Travel Agent Association (Astindo), Pauline Suharno in Jakarta, Monday (7/11) said I agree. Because this is to suppress the spread of COVID-19 and also to reduce severe symptoms due to COVID-19.
Pauline said the mandatory policy of booster vaccines for the community must be balanced with the availability of vaccines and easy access to vaccines.
Furthermore, according to him, the government must also consistently educate the public about booster vaccines and aggressively procure booster vaccines in the regions.
She also said it was necessary to implement the policy in all travel access. (The mandatory booster requirement) must apply en masse to all access to land, sea and air travel.

Pauline also appealed to the public to always be aware of COVID-19 in order to avoid a lockdown as before and asked the public to remain disciplined in wearing masks and only doing essential travel.
