CITILINK RETURNS TO OPERATE FLIGHT ROUTE FROM JAKARTA-KUALA LUMPUR

CITILINK airline has officially resumed operations on the Jakarta-Kuala Lumpur, round-trip  international route starting Friday (7/15).

According to Citilink President Director Dewa Kadek Rai, said this flight will provide easy access to transportation for tourists who want to travel to Malaysia and vice versa as the quarantine-free policy for foreign tourists has been implemented.

“Citilink is optimistic that this route will contribute positively to the recovery of the economic and tourism sectors because it connects the capitals of the two countries, namely Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur,” he said in an official statement, Friday (15/7).

He added that the Jakarta-Kuala Lumpur (PP) route will add Citilink’s international flight services between Indonesia and Malaysia to two routes. Previously, Citilink opened the Medan-Penang (PP) route and has been operating since June 10, 2022.

The Jakarta-Kuala Lumpur (PP) route will operate daily using Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity of 180 seats. The flight schedules are: (1). Jakarta-Kuala Lumpur with flight code QG 502 and flight time 11:25-14:45. (2). Kuala Lumpur-Jakarta with flight code QG 503 and flight time 15:40 – 17:10.
