AIRASIA announced that it is moving its flight operations at Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta) International Airport. All AirAsia international flights will be moved to Terminal 2F as of March 7, 2023. Based on an official statement received by the coil, AirAsia passengers with international routes to and from Jakarta will depart from Terminal 2F from the previous Terminal 3.
“All AirAsia passengers on international flights to and from Jakarta will depart and arrive at Terminal 2F from March 7, 2023, onwards,” wrote AirAsia’s official statement.
However, AirAsia said that flights on domestic routes have not changed and are still operating as usual in Terminal 1A of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
AirAsia’s appeal to all passengers, regarding these operational changes, AirAsia urges all passengers to check the notifications provided via email or SMS regarding these changes.
Not only that, they are also asked to re-check in and reprint their boarding passes through the AirAsia Super App application or the airasia.com website.
