PANGSUMA PUTUSSIBAU AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION NEEDS IDR51 BILLION BUDGET

THE CENTRAL Government through the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, will soon build a new Pangsuma Putussibau Airport Terminal, with an State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) budget ceiling of IDR51 billion.

According to the Head of Pangsuma Putussibau Airport, Rasidin stated, the construction of the new terminal of Pangsuma Putussibau Airport, will be built two floors with the concept of development not forgetting local wisdom.

“The size of the new terminal building at Pangsuma Putussibau Airport is around 4000 square meters, with a two-story building and more to the concept of local wisdom,” he said, Tuesday (04/04), 2023.

Meanwhile, Rasidin explained, the process of building the new Pangsuma Putussibau Airport Terminal is still in the auction stage, and waiting for who to work on it.

“The auction process stage, and hopefully there are no obstacles or obstacles, in mid-April 2023 the contract has started, so that it will be done immediately,” he said.

As for the location of the Pangsuma Putussibau Airport terminal, it was explained that in the new location, it does not use the land of the old location.

“So, we are using the new land to build a new terminal, and the building that is the Putussibau Pangsuma Airport terminal will be used as a cargo area,” he said.

Rasidin hopes that with the new terminal of Pangsuma Putussibau Airport, services will always be excellent and improve safety for airplane passengers themselves. Most importantly, it can increase airplane passengers. [sources/photo special]
