LATEST Recipe, the vibrant all-day dining restaurant at Le Méridien Bangkok, invites families, friends and couples to enjoy a new fantastic Asian & Mediterranean-style Sunday Brunch.

Available every Sunday (12:00 to 15:00 hrs) from 7 May 2023 onwards, this social culinary occasion will focus on classic and contemporary recipes inspired by the French and Italian rivieras, with Thai, Asian and international influences. The talented team of chefs will be on hand to cook, carve and craft delicious dishes to-order at theatrical live stations.

Bangkok’s newest Sunday Brunch will showcase a global Seafood Selection, with French and Irish oysters, New Zealand mussels, Andaman blue crab, cockles, prawns and squid, complemented with a range of condiments, plus a premium Japanese Sushi & Sashimi station including hamachi, tuna,  Norwegian salmon and more.

A nutritious Salad Bar will comprise a colourful collection of crisp vegetables, seeds, enticing accompaniments and a choice of dressings, and the Charcuterie & Cheese corner will offer  premium European cold cuts and some of the world’s favourite types of cheese, such as brie, mozzarella and gruyère, all served with crackers, dried fruit and nuts.

A live Carving Station will present signature dishes from Rolling Ribs Brew Bar & BBQ, the hotel’s Memphis-style smokehouse, including glazed pork ribs and smoked-cured beef brisket, served with

plenty of succulent sides and sauces. From the Chef’s Pan will let diners savour Mediterranean[1]style main courses like baked cod on green asparagus tips, Tuscan cannellini bean stew with bacon wrapped roasted prawns, and braised beef shin with red wine and mushrooms, along with vegetarian treats such as spinach flan with parmesan fondue, and quinoa & potato stew.

Lovers of Italian cuisine can head straight to the Antipasto station, where they can find plenty of light vegetarian delicacies, before moving on to the authentic Friggitoria, where chefs will fry bite-sized delights to-order. For a truly immersive Italian experience, the Live Pasta and Focaccia & Pizza

Station will feature mouth-watering main courses, from creamy clam linguine and spinach ravioli with sage butter to white pizza with salmon, spicy salami pizza, and freshly-baked focaccia with mortadella.

And of course, every Sunday Brunch can end on a sweet note with handcrafted Thai and international Desserts, from mango & black sticky rice and young coconut bomboloni to pumpkin & orange crème brûlée and cherry clafoutis, plus live stations for chocolate fondue, crêpes Suzette, freshly-made gelato, and hot chocolate tortino.
