AUDI is set to end the run of the new Audi TTS Coupe in Japan with the release of a final special edition (20/4). Dubbed the Audi TTS Coupe Memorial Edition, this final special edition takes on the theme of “luxury sports”.
This luxury theme is certainly suitable for the new Audi TTS Coupe, which will soon say goodbye to the Audi TT. So what are the details of the Audi TTS Coupe Memorial Edition? First from the design, Audi chose a bronze color to strengthen the impression of elegance.
On the exterior, the bronze color can be found on its 20-inch rims and Audi logo striping on the side body. Consumers can choose three exterior color options, namely Glacier White Metallic, Mythos Black Metallic, and Chronos Gray Metallic.
Moving into the interior, the final edition of the Audi TTS Coupe gets leather on the armrest and center console as well as Nappa leather upholstery. Continuing the bronze-colored theme on the exterior, the Nappa leather seats of the TTS Coupe Memorial Edition also get a touch of bronze color on the stitching.
The bronze color in the interior of the TTS Coupe Memorial Edition is combined with decorative accents in Drift Anthracite. In terms of performance, the Audi TTS Coupe Memorial Edition retains the recipe of the 1,984-cc turbo four-cylinder engine. The engine, which is similar to the Golf R engine, is capable of producing 316 horsepower and 420 Nm of peak torque.
The engine’s power and torque are channeled to all wheels (AWD) through a 7-speed automatic dual clutch transmission. Audi prices the Audi TTS Coupe Memorial Edition starting at 9,270,000 yen or the equivalent of IDR1.001 billion (exchange rate 1 yen = IDR108). [sources/photo special]
