PT ANGKASA Pura II (AP II) finally closed the counter for purchasing tickets for Special Rental Transport (ASK), online taxis, at Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta) Airport, Tangerang. This rule applies today, Saturday (7/1), 2023. Purchase of rental transportation tickets is diverted through applications such as Grab, Gocar, Maxim, and My BB (Bluebird).
According to the Executive General Manager of Soetta Airport Dwi Ananda, said this change was made to further improve service, security and provide convenience for passengers.
“This change is one of the things that are expected to make it easier for passengers and provide a sense of comfort when arriving at the airport. That way passengers no longer need to see the sales counter and can order directly through the application,” he said.
Later, the process of payment and ordering of this transportation can be done through digital or online applications, which have many payment options. That way, passengers who have just left the airport don’t have to bother carrying cash, so that the convenience of this transaction makes buying tickets easier, faster and safer. Online taxi ticket bookings can be accessed directly using each passenger’s smartphone.
He appealed to the public not to worry because his party has prepared officers to assist service users if they need help or assistance.
“There is no need to worry about this transfer, because we have prepared officers and it is also known that the changes that have occurred at Soekarno-Hatta Airport are the company’s efforts to innovate, these changes have the nickname CGK Transformation,” he concluded. [kumparan.com/photo special]
