JALUR Pesona Indonesia, a promotional video series for 5 Super Priority Destinations that presents the charm of nature, culture and local heroes wrapped in inspiring stories from ‘Wonderful People”’in Indonesia.
According to the Deputy for Marketing, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Ni Made Ayu Marthini, on the sidelines of the Weekly Press Briefing, Monday (9/11), 2023 at the Sapta Pesona Building, said we are promoting via the Youtube Channel series ‘Jalur Pesona Indonesia’. This promotional video for 5 Super Priority Tourist Destinations not only shows off the enchanting beauty of each destination, but also inspires you to delve into the lives of ‘Wonderful People’ who have started a new era in the realm of tourism and the creative economy.
‘Jalur Pesona Indonesia’ will take you to explore the inspiring stories of ordinary individuals who were able to transform themselves into extraordinary creators, visionaries and agents of change. They are ‘Wonderful People,’ local heroes whose stories of success are an inspiration,’ she said.
She explained that an example is Kak Komo, the founder of the high-achieving longboard community in Labuan Bajo. Apart from that, there is also Sori Sitanggang, a conservationist of Mossak, silat from Batak land. Then Shilla, a surfing kartini from Mandalika, who amazed tourists with the Kartini Goes Surf event. There is also the story of Wawan Geni, a painter from Magelang who creates works of art using mosquito repellent.
“Not only that, we will also be reminded to protect nature as is done by Daud Dalero, Pokdarwis of Bahoi Village who is preserving coral reefs. And there are many more interesting stories in each destination,” Marthini remarked.
She also added, this 10-episode series will be broadcast every week on the Pesona Indonesia YouTube channel starting September 14, 2023, with 2 (two) series in each of 5 destinations with a duration of around 15 minutes broadcast until this Indonesia Maju cabinet ends.
In each episode, you will get to know the ‘Wonderful People’ accompanied by Salini Rengganis, a female adventurer who seeks inspiration from every journey.
It is hoped that the ‘Indonesian Charm Path’ can invite people to love and understand more about the richness of the 5 Super Priority Destinations, namely Lake Toba, Borobudur, Mandalika, Labuan Bajo and Likupang from a new perspective.
