PT PENGEMBANGAN Pariwisata Indonesia or the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has agreed with PT Suryalaya Anindita International as the owner and manager of Melia Bali Hotel to extend the cooperation on land use and land utilization in Lot N1 of The Nusa Dua area, Badung, Bali.
According to the President Director of PT Suryalaya Anindita International (SAI), Johannes Suriadjajaat at the Gran Melia Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday (7/1/2025) said the agreement is a form of long-term cooperation until 2063. Melia Bali Hotel is one of the first five hotels built in The Nusa Dua area, Badung, Bali. The cooperation between Melia Bali Hotel and ITDC for the first period lasted from April 18, 1983 to April 17, 2023 or for 50 years.
“Melia Bali Hotel in The Nusa Dua, Bali, is currently being completely renewed and renovated. The LUDA extension cooperation agreement between ITDC and PT Suryalaya Anindita International for Lot N1 in The Nusa Dua area, Bali,” Johannes said.
