LIST OF 46 VISA-FREE COUNTRIES FOR INDONESIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS 2025

FOR PEOPLE who like to travel abroad, preparing travel documents such as passports and visas is a must – consider. Passport functions as a sign of identity for Indonesian citizens who want to travel internationally.

While the visa is an official permission given by a country to allow someone to enter, live or leave the country within a certain period of time.

But not all countries require Indonesian citizens to have a visa before entering their territory. There are dozens of countries that have waived visas for Indonesian passport holders, making traveling more convenient without having to worry about additional documents and the cost of visa management.

According to the Visa Index website, Indonesian passport holders can visit a total of 80 destinations without having to take care of a visa first. Of this amount, 46 countries released a visa for Indonesian citizens, while the rest allowed visas to visit upon arrival or using Electronic Travel Authority (ETA).
