PT PENGEMBANGAN Pariwisata Indonesia or Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has signed land utilization & land development agreement (LUDA) on Tuesday (01/14), 2025 with PT. Kenza Hospitality Investments, a company focused on F&B services with an investment base in Mandalika, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
According to ITDC Commercial Director, Troy Reza Warokka, said PT Kenza Hospitality Investments is an investor owned by a Moroccan entrepreneur and has 5 restaurant outlets with different menus in each restaurant and has regular customers from foreign tourists.
“This cooperation marks that the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) continues to grow as a sports tourism entertainment area as planned by the Minister of State-Owner Enterprises, Erick Thohir, including of course the growth of investments coming into Mandalika and the choice of ITDC as a partner for investors,” he said.
Troy Warokka explained that ITDC continues to move forward in carrying out real development activities but also presents various activation programs that are able to present socio-cultural economic impact and workforce absorption.
“I thank the investors and the support of the stakeholders so that the good cooperation will continue to grow and have an impact on the progress of Indonesia and Mandalika,” he affirmed.
ITDC is part of InJourney, a state-owned holding company that manages integrated tourism destinations in The Nusa Dua (Bali), The Mandalika (NTB) and The Golo Mori (NTT). In this regard, Troy Warokka stated that ITDC invites local and international investors to invest in the destinations managed by ITDC, especially in The Mandalika and The Golo Mori.
Troy believes that it will be able to attract more tourist visits, both from within the country and from abroad. This is expected to further strengthen the position of The Mandalika, one of the destinations managed by ITDC, as a leading tourism destination that offers a world-class accommodation experience.
