DYANDRA Promosindo again presented the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) in major cities throughout the year 2025.
IIMS Across Nation will start in Jakarta, Cirebon, Surakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Bali, to Palembang. This is the latest innovation of Dyandra’s offering as previously this automotive exhibition was only held in Jakarta, Surabaya and Makassar.
IIMS Jakarta will be held at JIExpo Kemayoran from February 13 to 23, 2025. Then IIMS Surabaya will be held from May 28 to June 1, 2025 at the Grand City Convex Surabaya. Followed by IIMS Makassar at Summarecon Makassar Convention Center on June 25-29, 2025.
The implementation of IIMS in Makassar feels special because it uses a new venue built by Summarecon Makassar. Although the construction of Summarecon Makassar Convention Center is not 100% completed, IIMS Makassar is optimistic that it will be held in the new venue.
“The construction of Summarecon Makassar Convention Center has 96 percent and has entered the final stage. The plan, this hall will be ready to operate in March 2025, “said Daniel Tarigan, General Manager of Summarecon Mutiara Makassar.
The new venue was built in the Summarecon Mutiara Makassar area, which is integrated with various facilities from all aspects ranging from business to entertainment. Summarecon Mutiara Makassar has been equipped with facilities such as Al Azhar Schools, Mandiri Market, Rainbow Food Center Culinary Areas, as well as other business areas.
“With this new hall, it will become a unit to develop the concept of an integrated city in Summarecon Mutiara Makassar,” he said again.
Summarecon Makassar Convention Center was built on 1.9 hectares of land with a building area of 8,562 square meters. There is the main hall with an area of 5,250 square meters, pre-function of 1,278 square meters, until the terrace drop off measuring 7 meters x 65 meters
In the pre-function area, there are several meeting rooms for smaller activities. Meeting room 1 has an area of 68 square meters, meeting room 2 has an area of 53 square meters, and meeting room 3 has an area of 53 square meters.
Another facility of Summarecon Makassar Convention Center is two VIP room units with an area of 36 square meters each. A total of four toilets for men and women, inside and outside the building, to the pedestrian facility in the parking function.
“As far as I know, IIMS Makassar will use a number of areas such as Main Hall and Pre-Function,” said Rustam Effendy Salim, Head of Marketing Summarecon Mutiara Makassar.
Other IIMS Across Nation series will be held in Cirebon on April 4-6, 2025 and IIMS Surakarta on May 23-25, 2025. Then IIMS Bali at the Bali Mall icon on October 3-5, 2025 and IIMS Palembang from October 31 to November 2, 2025. [sources/photo special]
