SINGAPORE Airlines (SIA) has extended its commitment as Title Sponsor of the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix for a further four years, continuing its long-standing partnership with one of the most anticipated events on the Formula One calendar.
SIA has been the title sponsor of the event for 11 years, since the 2014 edition of the iconic race. The latest partnership extension ensures that the event will remain the F1 SIA SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX from this year’s race, which will be held at the Marina Bay Street Circuit on October 3-5, 2025, until the 2028 edition.
Recognized as one of Formula One’s premier events, the Singapore Grand Prix sees drivers compete on the city’s streets against the stunning backdrop of Singapore’s nighttime skyline. The event reinforces Singapore’s reputation as a business and tourism hub, with international events and meetings held in conjunction with the race, complementing SIA’s global connectivity.
According to Lee Lik Hsin, Chief Commercial Officer of Singapore Airlines, said, the Singapore Grand Prix is a key event in Singapore’s sporting and tourism calendar. Not only is it iconic, showcasing Singapore’s stunning skyline, but it also underscores Singapore’s position as a leading global hub.
” The extension of this partnership demonstrates Singapore Airlines’ long-term commitment to supporting the development of sports and tourism in Singapore,” he said.
Likewise, Emily Prazer, F1’s Chief Commercial Officer, said we are delighted to welcome Singapore Airlines’ continued role as Title Sponsor of the F1 SIA SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX. The Singapore Grand Prix has become one of the most prestigious events on the Formula One calendar.
“It is through the dedication and hard work of partners like Singapore Airlines that we are able to continue to deliver such an outstanding event. We look forward to continuing this partnership to grow the event for years to come,” Emily Prazer concluded. [sources/photo special]
