SWISS-Belhotel International portfolio, currently manages 75 hotels operating in Indonesia and added seven new properties which are scheduled to open until 2023. With this latest addition to the global portfolio, the Group’s growth will increase with the presence of 82 properties in Indonesia.
According to Gavin M. Faull, Chairman and President of Swiss-Belhotel International, said this new property will become a medium to increase the presence of the three-star Swiss-Belcourt brand, the four-star Swiss-Belhotel brand and the four-star Swiss-Belresort brand. These will be located in various cities across the archipelago including Kupang, Makassar, Nusa Penida, Bali, Biak, Central Java and Jakarta.

“Five of the new properties will open by the end of 2021 including: Swiss-Belhotel Cendrawasih Biak with 102 rooms; Swiss-Belcourt Kupang with 98 rooms; Swiss-Belcourt Makassar with 75 rooms; Four star resort – The Gamat Bay, Nusa Penida, Bali with 62 villas and rooms and Swiss-Belhotel Arjuna, Legian, Bali with 163 rooms,” Gavin M. He added that Swiss-Belhotel Kelapa Gading, Jakarta with 316 rooms will open in 2022 and Swiss-Belhotel Purwokerto with 271 rooms will open in 2023.
