CDC ADDS 22 COUNTRIES DUE TO COVID-19 CASES VERY HIGH-RISK LEVEL LIST

THE UNITED States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advises against traveling to 22 countries due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases. The addition of dozens of countries adds to the list of countries that have been banned from traveling.

Those countries include Israel, Australia, Egypt, Albania, Argentina and Uruguay. The CDC raised its travel recommendations to level 4 or very high and told Americans they should avoid travel to those destinations, which also include Panama, Qatar, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Suriname, Saint Lucia. and Bolivia.

In total, the CDC now lists more than 100 countries and territories at level 4 for COVID-19. The CDC also raised 20 other countries to level 3 or high, including Uganda, Kuwait, Jamaica, Costa Rica and Cuba.

The CDC recommends that unvaccinated Americans avoid non-essential travel to these destinations. [sources/photo special]
