THE CENTRAL Parisada Hindu Dharma Indonesia (PHDI) signed an MoU with the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) to ensure that the assets of the people under the auspices of PHDI are properly recorded.

This is especially important with regard to the existence of Hindu temples that have not been certified immediately have a certificate. This was conveyed by the Chairperson of the Central PHDI Daily Management, Major General TNI (Purn) Wisnu Bawa Tenaya, during the signing of the MoU, Thursday (25/05) at Balai Culture of Giri Nata Mandala, Government Center of Badung Regency, Bali.

Dharma Adhyaksa PHDI Center, Ida Pedanda Nabe Gde Bang Buruan Manuaba emphasized, this MoU is the basis for the implementation of cooperation for the parties, in this case PHDI and Ministry of ATR/BPN, in the framework of implementing land registration, prevention assistance and handling of asset land issues under the auspices of PHDI. As well as basic in conducting socialization and education regarding the preparation and implementation of registration asset land and land under the auspices of PHDI.

According to Hadi Tjahjanto, said, with this MoU it is hoped that the process of certifying assets under the auspices of PHDI can run more quickly, and existing problems can be better coordinated.

“After mapping the land with drones, documentation is made, completed, immediately submit it to the ATR/BPN Ministry. Documents, if there are any less, are just put forward,” he remarked.

Meanwhile Wisnu Bawa Tenaya added, this MoU is a manifestation of PHDI’s seriousness in serving the people so that the assets of the people who are widely spread throughout Indonesia can be certified so that they have strength from a legal aspect.

He explained that incidents in the past where many assets were not properly certified and prone to causing legal problems and some were even lost, must be used as important lessons and strategic breakthroughs must be made so that they do not happen again.
